This Glue sticks to:
1. Glass, rubber, wood, (smooth, finished), PVC plastic, copper, steel, gold, silver, aluminum, brass, diamond, vinyl, ABS plastic, luran, linoleum, arborite, acrylic, drinking glasses, windows, crafts, inner tubes, jewelry, tools, sports equipment, antiques, glazed items, painted items, flooring, etc. Don’t use too much glue – one drop or a thin bead - less is better! Make sure that surfaces to be adhered make a smooth fit. Press surfaces solidly together – don’t wiggle. Use a clamp if necessary. 1 second to 3 hours – we recommend testing first. Items like most rubbers and vinyls bond within seconds. Metals should be allowed to set for up to 3 hours at room temperature.
2. Porcelain, china, glass, wood (rough, balsa), foam rubber, leather, Styrofoam, tea cups, plates, dishes, mugs, bowls, figurines, crafts, collectibles, antiques, etc. Very porous items could need more glue – test first. Press surfaces solidly together and use clamp if necessary. When gluing leather or glossy glazed surfaces, roughen surfaces to be adhered with fine sandpaper. 1 second to 8 hours – we recommend testing first. Anything should be fully set after 8 hours at room temperature. The Last Glue® One drop super-adhesive

The Last Glue® One drop super-adhesive The Last Glue Secret® The Last Glue is the result of years of testing and research to create a better superglue. Engineers in our German laboratories were not satisfied with currently available superglues, which were tricky to use, unreliable, and dried out after only a couple of uses. They set out to create a product that was easy to use, worked well in a variety of applications, and would last longer in the bottle. The result is a phenomenal improvement in adhesive technology – a glue that works on oxygen deprivation, not on exposure to oxygen. The Last Glue won’t dry out in the bottle, and forms a tighter bond the more it is deprived of oxygen. This explains The Last Glue almost unlimited range of adhesive possibilities, and its ability to meet the highest demands in elasticity, resistance to cold, heat, chemicals and water. The Last Glue is based on a super-distilled alpha-cyanoacrylate ester. But what makes our glue so much better than the rest? That’s The Last Glue Secret! How to The Last Glue! Step 1 Unscrew The Last Glue cap and open bottle by cutting tip above ridge. The smaller the hole, the better, so you don‘t waste glue. If you make a mistake, you can interchange applicator lids with the other bottles in the The Last Glue System. Step 2 Use The Last Clean or other acetone–based solvent (i.e. nail polish remover) to clean areas where The Last Glue will be applied (see reverse).Surfaces must be free of rust, grease, dust, old glue, etc. Step 3 If items to be glued together do not make an airtight fit, apply The Last Fill to eliminate gaps (see reverse). Step 4 Apply a small amount of The Last Glue to one side of the items to be glued together. For strongly absorbent or larger surfaces, more adhesive may be needed. Some surfaces may need to be roughened (fine sandpaper, etc.). Step 5 Press firmly together, allowing to set before using. Almost all materials will be set within 8 hours at room temperature. | READ BEFORE USE - Apply The Last Glue to one side only.
- The thinner the layer of The Last Glue, the better the hold - don't rub in The Last Glue.
- Always close lid after use - prolonged exposure to air will cause thickening. This does not affect adhesion.
- Avoid exposing The Last Glue to extreme heat and direct sunlight. Must be kept refrigerated.
- Use The Last Clean or solvent (acetone, nail polish remover) to remove old adhesives/clean surface before applying The Last Glue.
- The Last Glue is not suitable for cloth, paper, teflon, polyethylene and polypropylene. Contact us for other products to glue these items.
- Avoid exposing The Last Glue to extreme heat and direct sunlight.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer.
The Last Glue Usage Tips The Last Glue System sticks wood, steel, aluminum, porcelain, glass, PMMA, rubber, hard PVC, leather, ABS, luran and most common plastics to themselves and to each other! The Last Glue generally works best on non-porous items, but we recommend you test first wherever possible. The Last Glue is not magic - there are items that may not glue, and some items that may require hours to set. Environmentally Friendly! Once set, The Last Glue is completely non-toxic and environmentally friendly. It is also degradable in water purification plants. Warning This product contains cyanoacrylate. Do not swallow or inhale vapors. Bonds skin - soak and ease apart gently. Solvent (i.e. nail polish remover containing acetone) will un-stick. For eyelid bonding, consult physician. Keep away from children. Distributed by: The Last Glue Canada 164 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, Ontario L6J 3G6 905 465-3805 |

TOXICOLOGICAL PROPERTIES TOXICITY SUMMARY: Specific toxicity tests have not been conducted on this product. This hazard evaluation is based on information from similar products, the ingredients, technical literature and / or professional experience. Cyanoacylate adhesives, while relatively low-toxicity, are mild irritants to the skin and are severe eye irritants and tissue binders. This adhesive gives an immediate, strong bond: apply only to surfaces to be bonded. Do not get adhesive on skin or other part of the body. Ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate at high concentrations may cause sensitization by inhalation and skin contact. ACUTE TOXICITY: EYE CONTACT: Severe eye irritant at high vapour levels causing tearing. Vapour irritation to the eyes will be most noticeable under conditions of low relative humidity. Adhesive is a tissue bonder. SKIN CONTACT: Mild irritant to the skin, Acute Dermal LD50 is >6.76 ml/kg. CAUTION: strong bonds will form between adjacent skin surfaces, such as the fingers. INHALATION:. At high concentrations ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate is severe irritant to upper respiratory tract with symptoms of coughing, wheezing, laryngitis, shortness of breath, headache nausea and vomiting. INGESTION: Very low toxicity, Acute Oral LD50 is >5000 mg/kg. Caution: rapid hardening of the adhesive will take place in contact with surfaces of the mouth and lips. Vapour irritation to the mucous membranes will be most noticeable under conditions of low relative humidity CHRONIC TOXICITY: No reported carcinogenicity, teratogenicity, reproductive toxicity, mutagenicity, synergistic effects. _____________________________________________ 7. PREVENTIVE MEASURES PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: SKIN PROTECTION: Polyethylene gloves should be used to protect the hands. CAUTION: Do NOT use rubber or cloth gloves. Rubber gloves may bond when in contact with the adhesive and porous cotton gloves will adsorb the adhesive and bond the gloves to the skin. RESPIRATORS: Respiratory protection is not normally required unless product is used in enclosed area of poor ventilation or individual has a history of chronic respiratory disease. EYE PROTECTION: Goggles or safety glasses should always be worn. OTHER PROTECTION: Eye bath and coveralls ENGINEERING CONTROLS: Provide adequate ventilation in area of usage. When possible this should be achieved by the use of local exhaust ventilation and good general ventilation. Vapours are heavier than air, therefore, downward ventilation should be used. WASTE DISPOSAL: Controlled waste incineration or secure landfill. HANDLING: Avoid use of excess adhesive. Excess adhesive outside of bond area will increase level of vapours. Assemble parts as quickly as possible. Long open times will increase levels of vapours. This product is not regulated for shipping puroposes. SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURE: Wipe off quickly with paper towel or cloth. STORAGE: . Store in cool (less than 5°C)and dry, dark area. _____________________________________________ 8. FIRST AID MEASURES EYE: In the event of eye contact, the eyes should be copiously flushed with water and medical aid sought immediately. If eyelids are bond closed, only a qualified physician should attempt to separate them. In case of bonding corneal surface, forced separation is NOT recommended. Allow eye to remain closed and the bond to separate naturally, which generally will occur witn a few days. SKIN: Bonded skin surfaces may be separated relatively easily by soaking the bonded area in warm, soapy water for a few minutes. With appropriate caution, solvents such as acetone or nail polish remover can be used effectively. If skin contact is over a large area, the area should be flushed with large amounts of water. A soaking wet cloth can be used to wipe off excessive adhesive. If the adhesive has soaked through the clothing, flush the area with water. If the cloth has bonded to the skin, the removal of the bonded clothing without these precautions might result in skin damage. Cured adhesive will flake from the skin within a day or so or can be removed by treatment or by soaking with hot, soapy water. INGESTION: If adhesive comes in contact with the surfaces of the mouth, the mouth should be flushed copiously with water and medical aid sought immediately. Lips, if bonded, can be gently peeled apart, preferably with the aid of hot water. If ingested, induce vomitting and seek medical aid immediately. _____________________________________________ 9 MSDS PREPARATION DATE | PREPARED BY: Canadian ORTECH Environmental Inc. | DATE: March 31, 2000 | | | for The Last Glue (416) 410-4579 | DISCLAIMER: The information contained herein is accurate to the best of our knowledge.
